Return Policy

Authorized returns may be returned for a store credit, exchange or refund processed in the manner the purchase was ordered. Items with a gift receipt will receive a store credit or exchange. Damaged items should be reported within 3 days of receipt of item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Items shipped with our free shipping promotion* will receive a refund for the item minus a 10% stocking fee to handle our shipping, handling and processing costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return/Exchange Procedure

To make a return or exchange, please call (847-579-4878)or email (info@tablecompliments.com) us within 10 days of receipt of the item to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returned packages require a RAN and must be delivered to our store within 10 days of the receipt of the Return Authorization Number. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. Items without a Return Authorization Number, arriving after 10 days of RAN issuance, or in unacceptable condition, will be sent back to you at your expense. Packages should be sent via a trackable, insured delivery method to protect against loss or damage. Table Compliments is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returned items. Free shipping is offered for UPS ground shipping to one address with the continental United States and excludes furniture and sales items. Shipping charges and taxes do not apply toward the purchase requirement. Free shipping not valid with any other offer. Please see return policy for returned items that received the free shipping promotion.


Over Sized Items

Furniture and other over sized items often have higher shipping charges. Where applicable, these items will have a specific shipping charge. If a specific charge is not noted, please contact us for a quote.


International Delivery

We are unable to ship outside of the continental United States at this time.

All prices are subject to change. A sales tax of 8% will be added to all orders.
